MOEBA CHRETIEN ENYOLO, male, is a student of hydraulic engineering in College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering of Grade 2015. Nationality: Congo; Passport Number: OB0761868; Student Number: 2015901122.  

Because of using cellphone in Structural Dynamics exam on May 29th 2018, according to Article 11 in Measures for Treating Examination Discipline Breaches of International Students in CTGU (Revised), the College of Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering issued a punishment decision of Top Level Warning to MOEBA CHRETIEN ENYOLO and reported to Department of International Relations of CTGU. This event is also informed to all the international students.
